Your Role: Program Leader

You will lead activities that promote learning, creativity, physical activity, and social interaction.

As a Program Leader, you will play a key role in creating a positive and engaging experience for the children & youth at BGC.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, organize, and lead activities for children aged 6 - 12 yrs  that align with BGC mission and values.
  • Foster a safe and inclusive environment where all children feel welcome and valued.
  • Encourage positive behavior and provide guidance and mentorship to children.
  • Collaborate with other staff members to ensure a well-rounded experience for Club participants.

Qualifications:

  • Experience working with children and youth in a group.
  • Passion for making a positive impact on children's lives.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Creativity and the ability to develop engaging and fun activities.

Requirements:

  • Shifts: two nights a week (specific days and times).
  • Reference checks will be conducted

Part-time:   weekdays 4:30 pm – 8:30 pm

                       2 weekdays or 4 weekdays (you choose)

Wage:   $18. per hour
