Tasks:
- Answering the Phone
- Serving individuals who come in to pay Gold Rush #’s
- Data entry input
- Filing
- POS – operate a Point of Sale unit
This job is ideal if you are looking for some part-time work. It is based in the office at Boys & Girls Club. If you like answering the phone and providing solutions, and you are organized & efficient, you will like this job.

The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the Gold Rush project of Miramichi Boys & Girls Club / Big Brothers Big Sisters.
Responsibilities
- Answering phone calls
- Managing incoming and outgoing Email
- Maintaining physical and electronic filing systems
- Maintaining and restocking office supplies
- Generating reports and performing data validation
- Other duties as assigned
Required Skills/Abilities
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage time efficiently
- Ability to handle sensitive information
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient with Microsoft 365 or related software
Qualifications
- 3-5 years related experience
- Diploma in Office Administration or related would be an asset
- Effective and appropriate communication, both verbal and written
- Strong time management skills
- Problem solving skills
- The ability to multi-task
